Derwent Inktense Paint Pans

Derwent Inktense Paint Pans are a water-soluble range of paints based on the same formula as the rest of the brand¡¯s popular Inktense range. These individual pans are available in an assortment of vibrant, intense ink-like colours and can be used to replace used colours in your Inktense Paint Pan Sets. Although these paints look and perform similarly to traditional watercolour paint pans, Inktense paint differs in that they are completely permanent once dry. With Inktense you¡¯ll be able to apply layer upon layer of colour without disturbing any of the dry colour beneath.
Each colour is formulated with Derwent¡¯s advanced colour performance technology which results in a paint that dissolves easily with a touch of water and offers artists bright and brilliant colour. Due to the power and staining quality of the pigments, you can use these paints on more than just paper! Try them on a range of porous materials including card, canvas, wood and fabrics. Inktense can also be fixed on fabrics when washed in cool water (below 30 degrees) with no harsh detergents.
Pair with Derwent Inktense Paper for the very best performance. The Derwent Spritzer can also be used for special effects and Derwent Push Button Water Brushes are fantastic if you want to use their paints outside.
