Dry colour can by applied with precision and with the application of water it will transform into rich washes. You can use these pencils with all the techniques you would use with a traditional coloured pencil. Highly pigmented, these pencils can be used on light or tinted papers to bring your ideas to life. These pencils are specially manufactured with high break resistance.
