Hahnemuhle Toned Watercolour Books

Our Hahnemuhle Toned Watercolour Books have a durable hardback cover and are filled with 60 pages of 200gsm gently toned watercolour paper in either grey or beige. The paper in these sketchbooks has a fine grain surface on both the front and reverse side. Inspired by urban sketchers, these hard wearing books are perfect for paining on the go. They allow watercolourists and mixed media artists to work on a neutral toned background, gradually building up shadows and highlights as they go. The toned pages also dull the reflection of the sun on the page, allowing you to work outdoors without straining your eyes. Each sheet is surface sized, so it¡¯s easy to lift colour from the page. These books can also be used with masking fluid, adhesive tapes and erasers without leaving residue. Finished in a solid linen cover, these books ensure your sketches are protected from moisture and dirt, while a colour coordinated band closure keeps everything secure.
The paper in these books is acid-free, age resistant, highly lightfast and vegan.
