Designed in collaboration with Korean watercolourist Jung Hunsung, this three-brush set from Escoda brings together brushes from three different series, each chosen for a specific role in the painting process.

Aquario Series 1142, Squirrel Hair Round Mop No. 14
¨C Natural Petit Gris squirrel hair is the softest of all fine natural hairs and holds more liquid than any other fibre type. This makes it ideal for laying in washes, wetting paper and building up soft, flowing layers of colour. A versatile size for mid-to-large washes without constant trips back to the palette.
Chronos Series 1351, Toray-R Mix Round No. 12
¨C A pointed round made from 90% gold Toray synthetic fibre and 10% red sable hair. This blend gives you the spring and resilience of a synthetic with the paint absorption you would normally only get from natural hair. Great for more deliberate brushwork and mid-range detail.
Perla Series 1430, White Toray Fibre Round No. 6
¨C A synthetic pointed round well suited to finer detail and precision work. The brush you reach for when you need controlled, accurate marks or finishing touches.
