Rosa Studio Black Acrylic Gesso

Rosa Studio Black Acrylic Gesso is a tested and artist approved acrylic-based primer that allows you to quickly lay down a dark coloured background onto which you can build depth and detail. Creamy in consistency, this gesso dries to a flexible finish and offers optimal adhesion for your acrylic paints.
Apply in thin layers to preserve some of the natural weave of the canvas or layer up to create a smoother, more uniform surface. Allow each layer to dry thoroughly before applying each successive layer. This gesso can also be thinned with water to alter its consistency.
Prime your ground first with
Rose Studio Acrylic Sizing
, then use Rosa Studio Black Acrylic Gesso on top for the vest adhesion.
Wash any tools you use to apply this gesso with soap and water.
